Investment Objective

The Fund's investment objective is long-term growth of capital.

Investment Strategy

Under normal market conditions, the Adviser will invest at least 80 percent of the Fund's assets at the time of purchase in equity securities of companies that are domiciled in the United States. Domicile is determined by where the company is organized, located, has the majority of its assets, or receives the majority of its revenue. Domestic companies may have exposure to foreign countries. The Fund may also invest in securities of companies domiciled outside of the United States. The Adviser will invest the Fund's assets primarily in equity securities with market capitalizations of more than $1.5 billion at the time of purchase.
